ISHCMC – American Academy warmly invites all current and external parents to a special weekend workshop hosted by our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA). This event celebrates Vietnamese culture through art and offers a relaxing, joyful morning for families to connect and create together.

At this Art Workshop, you’ll have the chance to paint and personalize your own traditional Vietnamese conical hat – the nón lá – in a guided, hands-on session. Whether you’re looking to spend quality time with your friends and children, meet other parents, or simply enjoy a peaceful creative activity, this workshop is the perfect way to connect and unwind.

What You’ll Experience

Creative Expression
Each participant will receive a traditional nón lá and painting materials. No prior experience is needed, just bring your imagination and enjoy the process of creating something uniquely yours.
Family and Friend Bonding
This event is open to all parents, and children are welcome to join. Current families are encouraged to invite friends to share the experience and strengthen community connections.
Relaxing Weekend
