The annual tuition fee is the fee payable for a specifically designed and structured curriculum, which includes:

• Annual overnight grade level field trips from Grade 6 to Grade 12
• Support for English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Learning Support
• Selected After School Activities (ASA) and Sports Programs
• School uniform set
• Classroom stationery package for Grade 6 to Grade 12
• Standardized Testing (e.g. MAP, PSATs)
• Band instruments
• Gale (Library Database) and NewsELA (reading and current events) The School reserves the right to make changes to our inclusive tuition fee package at any time and without prior notice due to the School’s discretion. The tuition fee is all-inclusive and cannot be changed or unbundled.

ISHCMC – American Academy is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) 21st Century school. Students are required to bring a MAC or PC laptop. Smartphones and iPads do not satisfy the minimum requirements.

Please consult the School Handbook for the minimum requirements necessary for your student.

Grade 11 or 12 students that enroll in AP courses and/or AP Diploma will pay additional registration fees and for the AP exam fees. The Advanced Placement (AP) program makes college and university courses available for students to take while they’re still in secondary school and is run by the College Board.

The AP Diploma provides students the opportunity to develop the academic skills necessary for success in universities. Your child will stand out to universities because the AP Diplomas is widely recognized for its academic rigor which is equivalent to university courses.

This fee will only be applied if there is a possible vacancy for a student who meets the appropriate academic and English requirements, as stated in the ISHCMC – American Academy admissions policy.

The Admissions Fee covers the costs of administrative procedures necessary for processing student applications; including student interviews, English language testing (if required), reviewing academic history, placement in grades and classes, allocation of subjects and timetabling. For the first enrolling student, this fee will be paid in full. Any subsequent sibling will be given a 50% discount. The Admissions Fee is paid at the time of application and is not refundable.

ISHCMC – American Academy non-corporate fee paying families are able to choose a two-payment, per semester option or a four-payment, per term option for their school fees.

A sibling discount is offered for non-corporate fee payers. Any 2nd child of the same family attending ISHCMC – American Academy or ISSP will be entitled to a 5% discount on tuition fees. Any 3rd children of the same family attending ISHCMC – American Academy or ISSP will be entitled to a 20% discount on tuition fees. Any 4th children of the same family attending ISHCMC – American Academy or ISSP will be entitled to a 35% discount on tuition fees. This discount applies to the youngest child in the family.

We are delighted to invite you to join our Parent Referral Program starting on May 1st, 2024. This program is designed to encourage you, our valued parents, to refer your friends and relatives to our school so that they can benefit from the exceptional education experience that your child/ren receives.

Our Parent Referral Program is designed to reward parents who would like to refer friends to our school. For each new student that is referred and enroll at our school in August 2024, our parents will be entitled to a credit of 10% tuition fee for your child’s tuition fee next school year 2024-25. The referees may be eligible for a scholarship or promotion if available with terms and conditions apply.

There are limited spaces available for our families to enjoy this incentive and the program will be applied on a first-come, first-served basis. Referee applications must be submitted by July 30th, 2024 to meet the requirements.

Program Details:

• Reward: For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a 10% tuition fee discount for the 2024/25 academic year for one child in their family.
• Limited Availability: The discount is limited to the first 5 students who successfully invite a new friend each, and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Deadline: The deadline to participate in this promotional scheme is July 30, 2024.
