ISHCMC-AA Family Referral Program

Eligibility

• Participants: The program is open exclusively to current parents/guardians of students enrolled at the International School Ho Chi Minh City – American Academy (ISHCMC-AA)
• Referred Families: Referred students must be new to ISHCMC-AA, with no siblings currently or previously enrolled.

Referral Process

• Submission: All referrals must be submitted through the admission office via email admissions@aavn.edu.vn or call (028) 3898 9098.
• Accuracy of Information: Participants must ensure that all information provided in the referral form is accurate and complete. ISHCMC-AA reserves the right to verify the information provided.

Credit Allocation

• Credit Value: Credits awarded will be as follows:
  • For the 1^st student has been referred to ISHCMC-AA, your family will receive 15,000,000 VND in credits, and the referred family will receive 10,000,000 VND in credits.
  • For each additional student referred, both your family and the new family will receive 10,000,000 VND in credits each.
• Credit Usage: Credits can be used towards ancillary services offered by ISHCMC-AA, such as canteen services and school bus services.

Conditions for Credit Utilization

• Enrollment Requirement: Credits will be available for use once the referred student completes one full term at ISHCMC-AA.
• Non-transferability: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or tuition discounts.
• Expiration: Credits must be utilized within the academic year they are awarded and will expire at the end of the academic year.

• Program Participation Acknowledgement: By participating in the program, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
• Multiple Referrals: In cases where the same student is referred by multiple families, the credit will be awarded to the family that submitted the referral first as determined by the timestamp of the submission.
• Program Modification and Termination: ISHCMC-AA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Family Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be communicated through the ISHCMC-AA website.
• Compliance with Admission Policies: All referred students must meet ISHCMC-AA’s admission requirements. The referral program does not guarantee admission for referred students, who must go through the standard application and assessment process.
• Notification of Credit Receipt: Participants will be notified via email when their referral credits become available for use.
• Fraudulent Activity: ISHCMC-AA reserves the right to investigate any activity that may be fraudulent or in violation of the program terms and conditions. Participants found engaging in fraudulent activity will be disqualified from the program and may face further actions.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved in accordance with ISHCMC-AA’s complaint resolution policy, which may involve mediation or arbitration as deemed appropriate.
• Changes to Program Structure: ISHCMC-AA retains the right to change the structure of the referral program, including the value of referral credits, the services against which the credits can be redeemed, provided such changes are communicated in advance to all participants.
• Termination of Participation: Participants can choose to withdraw from the referral program at any time by notifying ISHCMC-AA in writing. Withdrawal does not affect the utilization of already earned credits.
• Disqualification: ISHCMC-AA reserves the right to disqualify any participants or referrals found to be in violation of the program terms and conditions.
• Decision Finality: Decisions made by ISHCMC-AA regarding the Family Referral Program, including eligibility of referrals and allocation of credits, are final and binding.

These terms and conditions are designed to ensure clarity and fairness in the ISHCMC-AA Family Referral Program, fostering a positive and engaging community experience while supporting the school’s growth and charitable endeavors.
