Some of her favorite moments in the classroom: the silence that descends as every student works intently on a poem about their identity; the moments of tension within a student-led discussion on human rights; the raucous laughter that ensues from analyzing the puns in Shakespeare. Sarah has experienced these moments over and over again in her twelve years of teaching, and she is so lucky to have shared those moments with students in the United States, Colombia, Ecuador, and now Vietnam.
