Learning any new language is always an exciting and beneficial thing to do. Mastering an additional language to your own native tongue will open up new horizons and enhance your life in numerous ways. There are literally thousands of universities and colleges around the world that offer students an incredible choice of courses in English. If you can speak the English language your horizons for a higher education become broader, brighter and more interesting.

As the internet was invented by an English computer scientist, Sir Timothy John Berners-Lee, it’s no surprise that English remains an important language in the online world, with reportedly more than half of its content written in its creators native language.

You can appreciate English literature in its original form in paper or digital form without the slight dissonance of a translation into another language.

Although language should never be a restriction to sharing a love of art and music, it is certainly true that you can avoid the restrictions of subtitles when watching English centric films and tv if you know the lingo!
